I hope you made it to MQX East 2014 in Manchester, NH! The fun started Tuesday night with the Ice Cream Social - then the loads and loads of classes - the Awards Ceremony, oh and don't forget the quilt show -- oh and the banquet Friday night, and....

Don't you just love those teeny tiny baby feathers? That area was about an inch high as I recall - ugh!

Excellent classes, great quilts for inspiration, and wonderful vendors. MQX West will be in Portland OR in Oct. 2013 and MQX East will be in Manchester NH in April 2014. Be sure to catch at least one of them!

Here is a picture of Cathy Wiggins leading her "Why Quilts Win" - a private tour of the winning quilts and Cathy's commentary as to why a particular quilt won a ribbon while others did not. If you get a chance to take her tour DO IT! We are standing in front of Cathy's Fairy quilt.

I've been published - well, not me really, but a picture of my quilt was published in the New Hampshire ToDo Magazine. This came as a total surprise!
