"Hawaiian Dawn" at the QUILT Inc Delmar quilt show in April 2011 where it won Best of Show, Best Machine Quilting, and Exceptional Merit. This is a picture of me in front of my quilt "Hawaiian Dawn". It is my original design created after attending classes with Ricky Tims. This quilt has won several ribbons including: two Best of Show; Best Machine Quilting; Exceptional Merit; All Original Work Special Merit; three First Place, and two Teachers Awards. And this is probably one of the few times you will see my face in this blog!
